EP CC NN Multi Layers Durable Heavy Duty Industrial Conveyor Rubber Belt

Fabric conveyor belts, also known as textile conveyor belts, are primarily used to transport heavy and abrasive materials such as in mining, stone and earth handling, the construction industry, recycling, steel processing, wood, and the paper and pulp industry. They are a cost-effective solution for conveying bulk materials over shorter distances and have a lower capacity than steel cord conveyor belts.  TSKY offers high quality fabric conveyor belts called TSKY Textile Belts.

Features of TSKY Rubber Conveyor Belt :
1. Reinforcement properties
The conveyor belt is constructed from multiple layers of synthetic fabrics that are treated to minimize elongation (between 1% to 3.5%) and to enhance adhesion to rubber. The lengthwise threads (warp) are made of polyester, while the crosswise ones (weft) are constructed from polyamide. The plain-woven combination of these materials ensures a high ratio of tensile strength to weight, exceptional flexibility, and excellent troughing properties. Additionally, the belt is highly resistant to impact and chemicals.
Other thread materials and different weaves are available on request.

2. Cover grades
Various cover grades can be supplied, and they are all made of high-quality rubber with extremely high resistance to abrasion, shearing and impact and excellent ageing properties.Your choice of cover grade depends on the intended application. Note that the working life of the belt is also determined by the application.

3. Resistance: Wear-resistant, Heat-resistant, Flame-resistant, Tear-Resistant, Cold-Resistant,Oil-Resistant, Acid And Alkali Resistant etc.
Wear-resistant : Available in X, Y, W grades (and similar) for heavy-wear conveying applications such as bulky, sharp materials like heavy, abrasive rocks. Can handle abrasion, wear, impact and other kinds of heavy-duty wear. High-quality cover grades are recommended to offer the best protection for the belt carcass.

Heat-resistant : Different types of grades are available for high-temperature applications (T120 and T200) such as clinker, coke, foundry sand and slag. Can be used for transporting material at continuous temperatures of up to 190 °C, with peaks of up to 200 °C.

Flame-resistant: Available in flame-resistant configuration to meet safety category EN12882 for above-ground operations and EN14973 for underground applications.

Tear-Resistant: Anti-stretch(tensile) layer is made from high-strength steel mesh, nylon net, aramid fiber net or low-extensity zinc (copper) plating steel cord, and an additional transverse reinforcement layer for anti-tear purpose is foreseen above or below the longitudinal steel wire rope. With high-strength, wear-resistant and the aging-resistant rubber coverage. The rubber belt shows the advantage that be able to prevent the tear from expanding when it is punctured by sharp objects during operation.

The covering layer is blended with rubber and plastic and filled with inert materials with excellent acid and alkali resistance, which has better performance than neoprene rubber acid and alkali resistant conveyor belts. Use cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas as the strong layer, generally made into a ring.
